Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund, cancellation and replacement terms for products, interior work, exterior work and customized service orders.

Overview

At DAIL SMARTGROUPZS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SOLUTION, we provide customized interior and exterior products and services such as modular kitchen, wardrobe, pooja unit, bedroom interior, PVC false ceiling, kids room design and other related works. Since most of our work is customized according to the customer’s requirement, refund eligibility depends on the order status, material purchase, customization stage and installation progress.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before material purchase, production, customization or site work has started. Once the work has started or materials have been arranged for the project, cancellation may not be accepted.

Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us through phone, email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment was received.
  • If the order is cancelled before material purchase or work processing begins.
  • If we are unable to provide the product or service due to unavoidable reasons.
  • If any refund is approved by our management after reviewing the case.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Customized products or made-to-order interior items.
  • Orders where material has already been purchased.
  • Orders where design, measurement, production or installation work has started.
  • Completed interior or exterior service work.
  • Customer changes their mind after confirmation of work.
  • Delay caused due to customer-side approval, site access or pending information.

Replacement or Correction

If there is any genuine issue in workmanship, fitting, size, finishing or product quality, we will review the issue and may provide correction, repair or replacement as applicable. Customers must inform us within a reasonable time after delivery or installation.

Our first priority is to correct the issue and complete the work properly instead of direct refund.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment mode used by the customer.

Advance Payment Policy

Advance payment taken for booking, measurement, design planning, material purchase or project confirmation may be non-refundable once project processing has started. Any deduction, refund or adjustment will depend on the work stage and expenses already incurred.
